Oh my gosh! Simply pure has the best vegan lasagna ever. All I needed was a blanket n a book. Chef Stacey I will be sure to return. Thank u for a great meal.

While visiting Fremont Street, did a quick google search for vegan/vegetarian restaurants expecting to find places with a limited menu. I did not expect to find a place with so many creative offerings. I was tempted by many things on the menu (especially the lasagna), but settled on the TLT panini (their version of a BLT) and the Asian Taco Lettuce Wraps. The dressing on the lettuce wraps was very flavorful, and the tempeh in the TLT was crisped very nicely to give the sandwich a good crunch.

Vegans don't have to survive on french fries in vegas anymore. Amazing vegan food. Its so hard to find vegan in vegas. These guys do it right. Im so happy we found this place.
